How do I place an order?

For now, through our website, you can browse our products, select the ones you like, pick the correct size, and click on “Add to Cart” to place an order. After adding everything, you can proceed to the checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your order, providing your shipping address and payment information. 

Can I change my order?

We process orders after you place them. But you can still change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if it hasn't shipped yet. Get in touch with our customer support team right away if you need to make any changes.

How do I check my order status?

After you place your order, you'll get an email with the specifics. We'll send you a tracking number when it ships so you can track your delivery. You can also sign in to your account and look at your order history to see updates.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your orders within 24 hours after placing them. We can't cancel your order if it has already shipped. Reach out to our customer service team as soon as you can if you want to cancel your order.

What if an item in my order is out of stock?

We will send you an email if an item is not available after you have placed your order. We will provide you with a full refund, an exchange, or the option to place a backorder for the item We won't charge you for out-of-stock items until they ship.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You can place an order as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, save shipping information for future purchases, and get special offers.

What should I do if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Contact us right away if you notice you've entered the wrong shipping address. We might be able to update the address if we haven't processed the order yet.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?

Although we are committed to sending you the correct item but if the product does not match the order placed, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order if you received an incorrect item. We'll help you set up a return and send you the correct item for free.

Can I add items to my order after I place it?

We are unable to add items to an order once you have placed it. If you would like to add additional items, you will have to place a new order.

How can I track my order?

When we ship your order, you'll get an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to see your delivery status.

Can I change the delivery address after I place the order?

 I'm sorry, we do not offer shipping to other countries. Our shipping services are currently available only within India. Please inquire if you have any further shipping questions.

We’re happy to accept returns within **5 days of delivery**. Just make sure the products are unused, unwashed, and have their original tags and packaging. Feel free to try them on, but please keep everything in a sellable condition.

Absolutely! You can exchange items for a different size or style, as long as they’re in stock. Just raise an exchange request through **My Orders** or reach out to our support team.

What steps are necessary in making a return or exchange request?

Simply log in to your account, to **My Orders**, select the item, and click on **Return/Exchange**. You can also drop us an email or message our support team for assistance.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund within **5–7 business days** back to your original payment method or as store credit.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Order changes and cancellations are only possible **before it ships. After it’s dispatched, you’ll need to return the item once it arrives.
